• To prevent tarnishing of jewellery, avoid contact with water, hand sanitiser, sunscreen and perfume.

• Please make sure your delivery address is correct as we will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. 

• You can request custom sizing (eg. smaller bracelet, bigger necklace) by messaging us before you finalise your purchase. This does not apply to rings because we offer ring sizes from 4-15.5.

• Once items are shipped the arrival date is out of our control.

• We can't accept returns due to sanitary reasons.

• We make every effort to respond to all queries as soon as possible - you can message us through the platforms shown below.
